newbie on tesco shakes

Hi all

Im debbie I'm 38 and have 2 children. I have always been chunky but I don't want to be fat, frumpy and forty. I have tried numerous diets like ww and sw but have decided to try the shakes.

Starting weight 13st 8lbs

Goal for Christmas 13st

I am looking forward to making new friends and having a support system
