Newbie started today!

    Hello all,

    I've started the CD today! Am currently 13st 5 and want to be 10st 7. Am quite excited/nervous about it.

    I put on the weight following the birth of my DD, then after loosing 3st broke my leg, so here I am on a mission to loose the weight before my friends wedding in September.

    Good luck, if you stick to the diet 100% you might be able to do it. What plan are you on?

    I'm doing ss, am 5' 7, so starting with 3 packs a day, thou cpc suggested 4 if I feel iffy.

    Im on SS too, only 4' 11 though so im on only three packs. Just finished week one. How are you doing so far?

    Well it's my first day and tbh I feel iffy, headache and a bit of the poos tmi!!!!

    Otherwise feeling positive, thinking I can do this!!! My friend directed me here for support :)

    How about you?

    Good luck, go for it, you can do it. :)

    In 2009 l went from 14st 9lb to 9st 6lb, so with dedication and determination it can be done. I've regained some of the weight back, hence why l'm dieting again, like a lot of people it's the maintenance part that l really need to work on in future.

    Usually the headache just lasts for a couple of days. Once the head aches stop your good to go! :D You can do it

    So far today had a vanilla shake with shot of expresso, maple pecan porridge for lunch, all going well I've drank 2l already still thirsty. Planning on tomato soup for dinner. Headache is bad!!!! Still feeling positive though x

    Feeling extremely cold, like shaky freezing cold. Nearly at the end of day 2, bring on day 3!! **However am worried about my x ray/consultant appointment tomorrow! I'm really hoping I can walk unaided / drive again (currently have a broken leg IM nail). Suppose keeping myself positive about loosing weight is keeping me going.

    ** fell off a horse 10 weeks ago!

    Yeah completed two things I was worried about today!! Watch Come Dine (food porn) and cooked my darling hubby and daughter cod with roast veg... So proud of myself day 2 and feeling good.

    Day 3: woke up feeling rough, had a latte shake with water struggled to drink it all tbh. Hubby is massively supportive which really helps. So I broke my own rules at did a weigh in!!!!!

    -5lbs whoop!!!

    Off to consultant (scared) about my leg, hoping it's ok.

    Thanks!!! I'm amazed to be honest. Hospital went well I can now drive again and walk crutch free whoop! It's been 11 weeks since accident.
