Hi guys,
I'm new to the exante diet... Started this morning, and as I've never done meal replacement diets, I'm a little nervy about things like hunger, headaches and bad breath! :-O
Any advice to help me get the ball rolling? X

Welcome! How are you feeling now? I'm on day three and all I can say is water water water! Early nights and for me, instead of looking at it as a massive challenge, break it down into each temptation that you're faced with and conquer. I think it is achievable!
