hi... I am due to start the cambridge diet next week and have about 5 stone to lose. I have never done it before and wondered if anyone had any tips to overcome hunger! I am looking forward to starting it as I am desperate now to lose weight, so am also looking forward to using this site and getting to know everyone... I am really struggling to get rios of weight since having my third baby and motivation has been on the floor!! anyway, any help or advice would be great... xx
