    Hi there

I'm new to diets as such, and meal replacement is an alien concept, but nonetheless have just embarked on day 1 of an Exante bumper box! I want to lose two stones by mid April, in time for an occasion. I have a mega sweet tooth and am scared I will cave in as I will miss my sugary treats and wine too much! But I must stay strong! So far have had the apple and cinnamon porridge, which was very creamy, almost greasy but not totally gross... Will have a bar for lunch then mushroom risotto for tea :D

    Wish me luck!

Welcome to the forum Alice. The first few days may be tough but the results are worth it in the end so try and stick with it. Good luck x

Good luck Alice. I'm on my 3rd week, I need to loose 2 stone by May too, so on the same boat as you, in my first week I lost 7lbs and then went off track.. Mind you I didn't go on this forum for a week so I wasn't motivated. Won't tKe long for you to loose it. Good luck :)

Good luck getting through the first few days. You could have a really great first week loss and be loads nearer your goal if you do it 100% x
