S. Nibble of a Atkins bar
D. meat balls
Treat. red wine

Thoughts of today...
What a lush day. Did some gardening and rolling about in the sun. Got a luttle burnt nose and strap marks, lully day!
Had wine today, dont know why?*&^$£""(*&^%?
Not as bloated as yesterday, cracking stuff
Will get the Wii out 2m
Will drink more water 2m


So a lully lush day comes to a close and Ive really enjoyed today.
Roll on 2m for more sunshine and great food....

good morning all. been up since 5.30 and im raring to go but got nowt to do lol. had a great day yesterday but i did have 2 glasses of diet coke when i was out as couldnt get hold of any water. i now have the poops so am blaming the diet coke!
brekie will soon be scrambled eggs
lunch, sausage and bacon
dinner ribs and cabbage.
got cheese sticks to snack on

Day 13/14.........

What a lully day. Look like Ive been on me hols.....

Yesterday, took Bobbi out for a walkies and came back drunk. Met a new friend 3 doors down and she gave me wine. Didnt want to say no, just had 2 glass and OMG.... I was sooooo "pished" lol I even came home with a Telly......Dont ask me how/why as I havent a clue. So, if any1 is missin a Telly, It wasnt me! : o )

Today 14

B. Sausage.

D. Sausage as was busy in the garden and wasnt hungry
NO WINE TODAY.....Good woof woof

Thoughts of the day!
Ive moved plenty today, felt bloody fab!
Done my garden, only moved here about 5 months ago so plenty to do to keep me out of trouble and collecting tv`s hee hee
Weigh day 2m. So far the scales havent moved much but will see in the morning at 7.15.....I weigh at this time each day. I must be mad as its the school hols...Oh well.....

Off to have a lully bubble and chillax in my bed. Been a happy day.
