So today I have been rather good I think!

BRUNCH

28g mini weetabix HEXB
125ml semi skinned milk (1/2 HEXA)

SNACK
Ham
2 x starburst (2 syns)
Pint of peach water

DINNER
Omelette
Mushrooms
Onion
Peppers
Salad

May have a couple of syns later... Not sure what on though!

No time for exercise today....but I do intend a 45 minute morning spin class tomorrow!!!
 
Do not go for the biscuits!!! Won't get you anywhere! I love a little scoop of ice cream to cure the craving!

I resisted the bics, I ended up making a weird thing with fromage frais, white choc options and gelatine.....was ok but I'd need to sweek it next time.

Hollys Nan- Grapefruit is sooooo good! I think its a superspeed fruit too. Had a bowl of segments, pink and white this morning :p
 
Hmm lona that does sound a little bit of a strange concoction! Sometimes a SW pud doesnt hit the spot!

Woops.... Yesterday did totally not to plan at all! More wine than I can remember.....and 3 course at frankie and bennies!!! Good job I did 1 hr cardio in the morning..... Can't get to weigh in tomorrow, so debating going tonight or waiting until Thursday? X
 
Hangover cure food today! However decided that I have so much on this week I'm having holiday put in at SW so might have a cheeky at home weigh instead......

I really wish I had stuck to plan this weekend :-( feel yucky! Detox couple of days and must invest in some green tea!

I love green tea!!! I guess its just one of those love it or hate it things ;)
 
It must be because even with sweetner in I didn't get along with it!
 
Weigh in today! I'll update later, not sure if it will be a STS but we will see!

It is but my next weigh in is on Tuesday so got 4 days to be extra good.
 
Very disappointed in myself... Yesterday I had a total off plan day.

Feel vile today, even though I did a mega gym session of 60 minute cardio which wore me out!

Today's plan is to go to the gym this morning and do a 45 minute spin class then on plan all day.

Jeez, having the worst week ever! Got tempted again last night as the curry night turned into a big family gathering!

Only 2 days until weigh in and really need to be 100%!
