Hi newbie here!

Done exante two years ago and got down to 11st10 from 14st10. However I've put a lot back on in the last year due to stress. Things are better now so decided to jump back on the wagon.
But I'm 4 days in and weigh the same!! I don't 3 rounds of 3 weeks last time and always saw losses within days.
I'm even exercising this time.
Has anyone experienced the same? Or could offer any ideas as to why this is happening? I feel so demotivated 😞

Hi how much activity? It will stall

I started 14st 12 and 6 weeks in, I stopped running for the first 2 weeks, then picked back up running 20 mins, tried doing high intensity last week and nearly killed myself off. So I’ve reined myself in until I hit 11st 7. I would also refrain from daily WI it’s demotivating.

Exercise may be a slight exaggeration lol. Just been waking my 10,000 steps and went to a trampoline park today. When I've done it in the past I've mostly rested.

I’d also suggest you do you inches now as that’s been a massive motivator for me. I’m 16.6 inches down sometime no Weight loss but loose inches.

Definitely do that! You can loose inches when the scales don't shift so much.
