Off plan but I put on weight very quickly and easily.

It's really difficult- I tire in the evenings by 5pm so end up eating crap. Hoping to restart this again x

6lb gain in that time isn't alot nomes, I expect u will loose it pretty fast, if I was u I would forget what u weighed b4 and just take ur last Wi as ur first seeing as it's new scales!

Day four-

Breakfast- banana and mullerlight (3pp)

Snack- 3 babybel light (3pp)

Lunch- carrot and parsnip and chicken (5pp)

Snack- 2 alpen light bars- 4pp
Apple

Dinner- chicken stirfry - 10pp

Lolly- 2pp

27pp doing sw diet! Interesting!
 
What's going on I thought u were slimming world?
 
It is slimming world but pointed it to see how it checked out! I love the ww forum and would miss you all- seeing as simply filling and sw is very similar I thought noone would mind me continuing to post here? X

I just got confused thought u were doing sw and pp together? Seems sw is fairly similar in pp to Ww?!
 
Day five!!

Breakfast- natural yogurt (no fat) over strawberries, blueberries and banana

Break- 2 alpen light bars

Lunch- carrot and parsnip with chicken

Skimmed milk -2 apples

Dinner- beef in black bean sauce and boiled rice

A good day food wise

Out of Chinese lol- I wi again with ww (lol) and only 1.5 gain in two weeks off plan then 5 days sw! Feeling better already :)
 
I hope u enjoyed it! That is a very tiny gain, u will get it off in no time
 
Day six

I have now two wi days so I'm not tempted to take a day or two off. Monday and Thursday . I know it's not recommended but for a while I need it x
