U very often have a Wholemeal roll and banana, whats that like? It's not something I'd think of putting together!?

All free- I actually took off the bread rolls- it was delicious! All I had was a saucer of chicken tikka for lunch so was really ready for dinner :)

I'm feeling a lot better now- my totm started today so with hangover, cramps and sore hips I'm great ha ha ha!
 
That's really good that sausages and burgers r free, is it any type?
 
The sausages and burgers are specially made in my local butchers- like sf extra lean meat is free. The sausages are my favourite :)
 
Breakfast - 2 low fat lean beef sausages, kiwi and an apple

Mini milk

Lunch- KFC style chicken (home made) and salad


Dinner - joker ice lolly, half slice of b bread with cheese, 2 mini muffins and half a bottle of coors light

Have extra lean mince to use today but don't really feel like cooking!

KFC style chicken (smash powder, onion powder, mustard powder, garlic salt, thyme and oregan) mushrooms in the mixture and salad with two small whole meal rolls.

Absolutely gorgeous :)

Had Chinese last night - oops

New week !

Breakfast- kiwi and apple

Lunch- 2 wmeal rolls with ham and laughing cow triangles

Snack- blueberries and low fat yogurt

Dinner- whole wheat pasta, onions mushrooms peppers and tuna
