Not new to dieting/healthy eating but new to Minimins

Hi guys,

I have joined minimins as in 359 days I will become Mrs Day and I don't want to be a big bride. I am slowly getting there, joined Zumba 5 weeks ago. Healthy eating/drinking but I have stayed the same weight for 2 weeks and feel a bit flat.
I am determined to loose weight and you would think that being a bride would give you an incentive to do so... Boy how wrong I was... I love my food too much! ha ha ha!

Anyways... enough of the rambling...

my fitness pal may help you with keeping track of food and calories,a lot of us here use that site along side this one,it can help.

have you measured yourself? its quite important to measure yourself as sometimes we loose inches and not lbs!

Hi and welcome. Are you writing down what you eat and the quantities? take this a day at time. Might be better for you to do a diet like SW or WW and attend a class.

Hi Guys,
thanks for all the support, it meansd a lot. I will look at my fitness now. Does it have an APP? as that would help me too :0)
TBH i dont write things down as I dont eat that much too write down if that makes sense.
but please feel free to put me in the right direction, I appreciate all advise given and thanks all of you for making me feel so welcome.
When you have a husband to be who at present isnt bothered about his weight it is hard.
I Zumba 3/4 times a week and I have a Vibraxis that I mess around on about 3 times a week for about 30 mins.
I know I have lost 2 inches from my bust since starting, which is where I didnt want or need to loose it!! ha ha ha
