Not new to dieting/healthy eating but new to Minimins

Hi Guys,
thanks for all the support, it meansd a lot. I will look at my fitness now. Does it have an APP? as that would help me too :0)
TBH i dont write things down as I dont eat that much too write down if that makes sense.
but please feel free to put me in the right direction, I appreciate all advise given and thanks all of you for making me feel so welcome.
When you have a husband to be who at present isnt bothered about his weight it is hard.
I Zumba 3/4 times a week and I have a Vibraxis that I mess around on about 3 times a week for about 30 mins.
I know I have lost 2 inches from my bust since starting, which is where I didnt want or need to loose it!! ha ha ha

i definitely think my fitness pal will help you as it will tell you your cals to target. you must make sure you eat enough, eating too little will make it harder to loose weight :)
