    Hi All

Since it's only 8 weeks to Christmas, and 9 to New Year, I thought I'd set up something to focus us on sticking to our LL plans through all the seasonal events.

Just 9 weeks! Set yourself some goals for how you see yourselves starting 2010 - size, weight, place, with whom? Where will you be by 1 January? How will you feel?

Sign up and away we go from Sunday 1 Nov to Sat 2 January 2010. Nine weeks.

    xx

My goal is to continue on....I did have a goal in mind, but that was when it seemed so unachievable. Now I am a believer! New target is 20lbs before xmas.

    Oops

Just realised this thread virtually repeats one that Sexy Becks set up whilst I was on hols - must have missed it.

So, instead of this being a challenge - I'll change it to a goals orientated post.

Set yourself some goals for how you see yourselves starting 2010 - size, weight, place, with whom? Where will you be by 1 January? How will you feel?

    By 1 Jan 2010 I will be:

    1. At my goal weight - starting the new year healthy instead of morbidly obese.
    2. Exercising three times a week - walking/running and swimming
    3. Working through RTM, sticking to the choices available each week
    4. Proficient in advance planning to survive all the festivities without lapsing or stepping out of my RTM boundaries.
    5. A size 8-10, feeling amazing and looking forward to shopping for clothes in the January sales :D.

    What about you?
