was gonna have melon and i cut it in half and it had a definite kick to it! straight in the bin-only bought it yesterday!

managed to get all my shopping for £7! bargain

Ended up having dinner at my parents house and my mum was on a red day so i think it fits in with M2M ok, though not 100% sure bout it. Would have just called it EE but didnt have any superfree with lunch. Havent had a HEB either. Low syns anyway so although not technically following a plan very well not exactly a bad food day!

Not feeling rough as i was expecting, still gonna have the hangover brekkie i had planned!

Tried size 12 target dresses on this morn to see how far i had to go and they zip up! A little snug but will be able to take them on hol with me as still have 3 months till then :D

Also went for a run after work before dinner and remembered why i had stopped! Joggers trots puts it mildly, possibly why i also didnt enjoy dinner. Good clear out before WI at least lol.

Only had 2 syns today, was gonna have an evening snack but tummy still cramping!
