cheese, mushroom, onion, spinach omlette (HEA)-overdid the superfree and the egg could barely get through to the bottom of the pan! broke in two when i tried to turn it over, was still yummy though

i do not recommend doing this when feeling "a tad delicate" but need to do my shopping tomorrow so needs must
 
Sunday 7th August

Way to much vodka was consumed last night and im paying for it today-big style! No food has been consumed yet and its dinnertime! Not good

Gonna attempt the smash pizza later when the thought of food doesnt turn me, with up to 4 HEs to play with it should be a good hangover cure - fingers crossed! Will put mushrooms onion and spinach on it too

If i start my week on Wed (day after WI) then ive used 71.5syns this week already which leaves 33.5 syns for 3 days which is grand, thought it would a lot less!

...smash is so not for me, think ill stick to my proper homemade base when next having one-worth a whole days syns!

managed a fibre plus bar also, so although didnt have syns i did have 2HEBs and 1HEA

I still dont feel well, i feel sick everytime i eat, especially did after my banana and yogurt, had to cancel my exercise class. Had the salmon for dinner only because i had defrosted it otherwise wouldnt have had anything.

Even though everytime i eat i feel like its gonna come up again doesnt appear to stop me having cravings for "green" food! So will have these next week, just writing them down so I dont have to think when it comes to writing my meal plan/shopping list

Stuff still trying to do red days to get rid of the gain. I want comfort food and i will have comfort food!

Friday i only managed some pasta and sauce and a fibre plus bar. Actually didnt feel sick after it-horray and thought i was better then had a cuppa later and it turned me! I think only eating when i was hungry helped-will do that again tomorrow
