you men need to learn to give yourself some credit!! (Hubby's the same lol)
Bah, speaking of men, I've been trying to coax mine into eating my meals. Worked a few times (usually followed later in the evening by some very unhealthy and excessive snacking on his part) but the other night I made a gorgeous variation on diet coke chicken while he chowed down on pizza, chips (done in fryer) and a load of cheese/mayo...sigh. He then went and weighed himself and got very agitated that he's gained another half stone! To make it even better, he's a chef and knows all the ins and outs of food. Cooking myself is nerve wracking in case I don't get something technically correct lol!
So this evening I will be making two kinds of homemade burger. Mine will have some melting lowlow cheese inside and a side of salad, while he wants blue cheese in his and chips. What can I do eh?!

If anyone wants anything else, they can cook it themselves! haha but it still won't be deep fried, as I won an airfryer in group Tuesday night and am throwing the deep fat fryer out!
Amazing losses guys and gals... wonderful stuff. I've gone right back to basics this week, eating the same type of stuff I did on day 1. Scales are a little more encouraging so far this week, but I'm hesitant to put a hex on it lol
