Nah.... It shouldn't have an impact.

I did the same thing the other night, only it was four fish fingers! I was lucky enough to stay in ketosis & still lost a lb the next day..... I may not be so lucky if I was to do it again though.

Just give yourself a little telling off & move on..... We're all allowed a blip! x

drink plenty of water to flush it out but dont drink any water about an hour and a half before your weigh in as this will show as a gain.
