OH NO!

I woke up this morning lovely and bright - with stinking breath. And I cheered...I have made it in to ketosis. Then I had a terrible terrible pain behind my ear.

Went to the doctors and he told me I have an ear infection...and put me on antibiotics. I have amoxicillin - now it doesn't say anything about taking them with food and I know people have been on LT and had them.

Are they really likely to knock me back out of ketosis. I noticed from the other discussion boards the antibiotics are temperemental and do as they please lol. !!

Very unhappy, but am staying on LT anyway. Can't stop now.

If the label dont mention anything about taking with food then you will be fine. If you want to know for sure give LT an email and they'll clear it up for ya

Congrats on joining Club Ketosis again Miss Bean. That weight will fall off now.

Hope you're feeling better soon and I agree with Tanya about the antibiotics.
