Can someone please help me...

I have tried the syn calculator and does yogurt come under a free food or not...

Cause if I do it red or green and under free food it is actually a free one... but I checked in case it was the wrong one and has come up as 3 syns per pot per portion....

it is 0 percent yogurt..

Pro 4.0 g
Carbs 7.5g
fat 0.2 g
Pot size are 125 gms

Can someone tell me please before I eat one or three hahahaha!

If you have the mullerlite or Shape L/S fat free yogurt they are free, but I think that other fat free ones are syn free but not to sure only ever have the shape ones.

You can have very low fat natural yogurt free.

Is that 'Total 0%' yougurt you have?
If so, it IS free.
I THINK all 'fat free' yogurts, of any brand are free. I think. But 'Total 0%' 100% IS free.
