just a quick thought! my OH and myself were talking about slimming world last nite and we were remembering all the stuff that u could hav years ago(im giving away my age here!)ie campbells meatballs,macaroni cheese,spag bol,tyne chilli,corned beef and we were wondering if u were to revert back to this would you still lose weight? back then(god i sound like old mother time here!) people had great losses!wot do u all think?xx
