    hi all just got back from my 4th weight in its a day late as cdc couldnt make yesturday and ive lost a massive 9lbs :D god i so love cambridge xxx

    ive lost 2stone 1 pound in 4 weeks this is my first time ever doing cd and i so wish i found it earlier, it maybe a struggle for some the first few days but believe me it gets easier and easier. i love it.

    hi all thanks its so encouraging with all the help on here im so greatful.

    i only planned on doing this till xmas as i really didnt think i could do it well ive changed my mind im in this for the long haul lol

    mumoftwo2 i do ss 100% from day one and i dont really exercise i do boxercise once a week and the wii fit when i can be bothered lol i have found it so easy from the first day and was worried that i never had the usual effects that most people have in the first week but it just obviously suits me well.

    Thats brilliant - well done Jenny. I didn't have any of the usual first week effects either - strange - but god I love this diet. Keep going next summer will be here before we know it - and you will feel fab.- what are you doing for Xmas?
