OMGEEE! I am no longer overweight!!!

So much has changed. I've realised that this is not primarily about how I look or how clothes feel (although that's important!) it's about being healthy for myself and my 2 girls

hear here and well done. Last time I lost a big lot of weight 4 years go it was about looks and strutting my stuff and getting to a good weight so could try for a baby. Now my baby is nearly 3 all I want to do is be healthy for as long as i can for myself and for my child. I know when I get close to healthy range people cluck that I'm getting too thin, but I tend to hold weight on my middle. I will not be put off this time. I will get a healthy bmi and have a waist size that reduces my chances of diabetes and heart disease, even if it means other parts of me are boney
