That's tough,skinny,but start afresh tomorrow. At least you kind of had a clue you might be up and you know where you went astray,nothing worse than being as good as gold and still being up. Sometimes it's worth it to have a few drinks-life's too short!

had a tough day again today, my illness keeps popping up and knocking me sideways :-( Bed early tonight and hopefully will be feeling better tomorrow. Would like to start walking/ zumba again and get the lbs off :D

Pizza looks yum. Always looking at diarys in bed at night and end up falling asleep starving!

The Pizza was yum but need to work on the base, still got a bit soggy in the middle - ended up turning it into a mini Calzone pizza :D

Thanks Jemma, it was surprisingly nice considering it wasn't full of my usual cheese mix - the weight watchers experience is full of surprises :D
 
I used ti have cheese in everything!! Live cheese now I just have a bit wen I fancy some, dont no how I managed to eat as much as I did xx
