Hi ladies (and gents)
My name is lynsey and i have lost 3 stone 3lbs so far.
Within the last year i have not followed the plan a 100% or even 50% resulting in my wedding dress no longer fitting.

I went for first fitting yesterday with no clue it wouldnt fit and its at least an inch to small around back and hips - Im sooooooooooooooo gutted as you can imagine

So brings me back here - i go to class every week and im full of ideas for meal etc but my heart wasnt in the place the last year - i think my head believed it was at target and let you assure you im not.

So i have set my self a mini and goal target.

12weeks to lose 16lbs - then go and try dress back on

This 16lbs will get me to my final target and a total of 4stone 2 lbs weight loss

Im also a 12 week fitness challenge - i used to run 3 times a week but again havent done that in a year so i started from stratch last night was my first jog and man it was tough but i made it.

So fitness wise im aiming 3 times a week , mon, wed, friday also wanting to start a fitness class either zomba or fitness pilates - not sure which would tone up more - any zumba or pilates people out there that can give some insight.

Well ive rambled enough - im away to look at zumba classes in my area

Well today has been a good day so far -
Went out jogging for the first time again last night so week 1 run 1 of Couch to 5k complete.
Next run wednesday -
Im also going to Zumba tonight - decided to see what classes were on tonight and there is one in the next village to OH says he will drop me off woohoo.
Food for today has been going a little something like this

oats so simple - original (hex b)
Milk 200mls (hex a)
banana
Blueberries
Mullerlight orange (400g)
Pear
Butternut squash sliced length ways & roasted (yummy)
1/2 Tuna ( had to share the rest with the cats)
1/2 tin of beans
Side salad with tomatoes
Activia FF - mango
x2 oranges
Cup of tea (100mls of hex a)
Mince stirfry from march/april small mag
mince
peppers
Stirfry mix with bamboo shoots and veggies
garlic
ginger
chillies
onions
mushrooms
green beans
soy sauce
spices
noodles


Will be having dinner before zumba class as it is at 8pm so may snack on fruit and yogurt when i come back in

I also have upped my fluid intake and i am hoping for 3litres my end of day - mostly from water, NAS juice and x2 cups of tea (milk from hex a)

ooohh not long after me - You all organised?
Im in two minds whether to rescheldule another appointment as dont know if it will give me the motivation or wheather it will just scare me

Not at all hun - i was super organised last year when i ordered mine but this year not been as organised - freaking out now with all things wedding planning lol

Oh well zumba last night didnt go as planned - One of the ladies had a fit/fainting 20mins into the class so of course we had to stop - 999 was called but she evetually came round as the ambulance crew got there. Including me there was 3 nurses in the class so at least we knew how to control the situation.
A little disppointed didnt get to exercise but glad the women was ok
So decided to go out for another jog after it. So techincally did week 1 day 2 a day early - but im think of going out for a jog again tonight.

Dinner last night was yummy - im going to try and take pictures from now on to share any of you whom are reading.

Its my OH birthday and this weekend we are going to his parents for lunch but think i will just take a baked pot, beans and salad with me.

Today breakfast

oats so simple (hex b)
200 milk (from hex a)
yogurt - mullerlight vanilla
banana
raspberries
blueberries

For lunch im not sure what to select
I have spicy bean lasagne leftover and soup i made yesterday so we will see

passata, chopped toms, mixed herbs and oregano - nomnom

x2 WW desert yogurts ( toffee apple and strawberry tart)

Snack - x2 pears, x2 ww yogurts

Liquid - x2 glass of NAS ribena, cup of herbal tea, 1 litre of NAS juice

No jogging tonight as feeling poorly - but hoping to go for a zuma class tmoz

yeah we fly out a couple of days after to a Kenyan Safari Lodge, and then after we have been there 4 nights we then fly to Zanzibar to a luxury beach resort.

Cant wait!!!!! where have you decided to go?

We are going to Las Vegas, Yosemite, San Francisco and NY - super excited 158 days to go woopy

Feel ladies still feel under the weather - didnt exercise yesterday so feeling awful about that - my body is achy though - im still trying to fight off this flu - ear infection i had 2weeks ago - yuck

Today is shopping day and waiting FI coming home - if he isnt home soon im probably going to take a nice walk up.

Not much food in the house so im working with what i have today

Decided to go out for run tonight and treat myself with some nice spicy potato skin with my chilli tonight
OH is out tonight so its tea for 1 - booooohoooo

Going for a zumba class at 9.30am tomz and I WILL BE THERE LOL

Todays menu looks like this

Oats so simple (hex b)
200mls semi skimmed milk (part hex a)
x2 Activia FF yogurt
Glass of ribena no added sugar
Blackberries and raspberries

Starving so mid morning snack
Curry batchelors rice with chopped up ham
x2 oranges

Homemade butternut, sweet pot and lentil soup.
Activia yogurt and blackberries

Homemade chilli con carne
Extra lean mince
x2 onions
x2 chilli
x2 garlic
mushrooms
spices
passata and chopped toms
a little beef stock

Homemade spicy pot skins and rice - nomnom

I will probably eat quite late so thinking of putting chilli in slow cooker

Weekend hasnt been to bad - i had a small piece of chocolate cake for OH birthday and resisited all the buffet food and choco rasins etc

Just had a lovely roast beef dinner (minus the yorkies) and going to the cinema tonight so will take some small snacks with me

Weight in has been pushed back to wednesday as i have to work a long day tomz and tuesday - so ill pop to the dinner time class on wednesday - praying for a loss but im feel very very bloated this week - bought some peppermint tea so hoping that helps

So havent update in a few days - exercise not going well as my ear infection has reoccured - on 2weeks amoxocillin AGAIN
But i lost............. 6lbs gosh i could have been knocked of the scales lol

This weekend im away the to StAndrews so planning picnic on the saturday and using syns from this week

Hello! Wanted to stop by after I saw the title of your diary! I'm a B2B too but not until September next year (18 months to go)! It looks as though you're back on track and definitely focused to shift those pounds, good luck xxx
