On the journey to being a perfect bride

Ok im back - kinda had a crappy week
sts last week but pleased as had a nice meal in StAndrews - but came home to be hit with another wk of antibotics, medications and * week
Was good until friday and im back on track today

Weight in tommorow -
Im going to try and eat SuperSpeed food this week so all idea welcome to help with this
 
SUNDAY - EE

Breakfast

Milk (hex a - to have through out day - 4cups of tea)

Scrambled eggs ( x2 eggs) - superfree
x2 quorn sausages - superfree
tomtato sauce (1 syn)

Lunch on the run
bunch of grapes - free
Batchelors tomato and herb pasta - Free

Snack

Banana
Yogurt
Cup of tea ( hex a milk)

Dinner

Chicken wrapped with 2 slices of bacon - Free
extra light laughing cow (1syn)
Roast pot - Free
Green Beans - Superfree
Mangetout - Superfree
Sweetcorn - Free

Pudding

WW Strawberry tart yogurt x2 - Superfree
Raspberries - SUPERSPEED
Strawberries - SUPERSPEED


Snack
hex b - x2 alpen light bars - sugar free vimto

Need to check the definition of superfree on EE - I know before EE it was classed as anything free on red and green, but it has changed now to just the fruits and vegetables which count as the 1/3 superfree - they are listed in the book/online separately
 
Day 1 - Green ( just to change things up a little)

Completed day 1/30 of 30 day shred - good how hard could 20 minutes be lol - EXTREMELY HARD LOL

Another 100% day yesterday - day 2/30 day shred complete
Im aching all over this morning esp my arms and shoulders - gosh didnt think i was this unfit

Also did a 2mile walk yesterday.

Today im trying my first red day - not sure how ill go as i always found i was much hungrier on these days

Lunch is Ham, boiled egg salad with yogurt, raspberries and strawberries as afters

Dinner is beef hotpot with mashed swede, green beans and brocolli
OH will have pots with his but im not having any

If you are on Red - what are you using your 2 xHEB choices on if you are not having potatoes? xxx
