Hi Louise, I can totally understand how you're feeling! However, you need to try and focus on all the positive reasons for embarking on this diet. It is hard for the first few days. Your body is adjusting to a huge change. I found that I began to feel good after about 5 or 6 days into the diet. Once you start to see the weight dropping off you will gain a real desire to continue! I started following the dukan diet in august 2010, 3 months later I weighed 2 stone less!! It is SO worth the perseverance. After 5 days on attack I had more energy, my cravings for carbs and sugar subsided and I felt like I had a new lease of life. I followed every diet possible but NONE gave me the results I have achieved on dukan! Please keep faith in yourself and the diet, you will start to feel better in a day or two!!
