Yep.. no need to apologise for anything in this forum. We are all here to support each other through the great days (big losses) and the rubbish days (big cravings!). The first week is long and drawn out.. i think I went to my bed ridiculously early for the first 2-3 days, cos I was cold, hungry, grumpy and felt yuk.. The minute you reach ketosis it is amazing.. bounds of energy, spring in your step.. and no hunger!! You wouldnt believe it unless you experience it yourself!
