I maintained - devastated:cry:to say the least:tear_drop: I thought I did really well food optimising at every meal & I had cut down on fruit as snacks & choose veg (cherry toms, mangetout & carrot sticks)instead.
Really hope I can hold my nerve and stick with it in the hope of my hard word paying off next week:wave_cry:
