Ive recently changed cdc.My last lady said that because of my height I have to have 4 packs a day OR do ss+. Now my new cdc says this is incorrect and I should be having 4 packs regardless and if I want to make it SS+ then I can.
Can someone tell me which is correct?

i was told by my cdc that if i was over 5'8 it was 4 packs a day, not much help sorry!

hope you get it sorted though

Yes - at 5ft 9, 4 packs regardless.
