Opinions needed plzzz

Today:

Breakfast: 1 weetabix Heb1
Milk form allowance Hea
Yoghurt (muller light ff)
coffee with milk from allowance
(no sugar)

Lunch: chicken with onions vegs and lots of spice cooked in low cal oil
followed by raspberries and a pear

Dinner: chicken left from the day mixed with wholemeal pasta HEb 100g with salad, followed by muller light yoghurt and fruit

Some tuna to snack on if peckish

Water throughout the day

Not yet deicided on syns!

Please advise if this looks ok .

Hi! It looks like you are following a red day plan, is that right?

Looking at your breakfast I see you only had 1 weetabix you can have 2 for 1 heb.

Also you can have 2 hea's if wanted, by all means it's not compulsary, but it's there if you need it.

Don't forget to have at least 5 syns, other than that it looks good.

yes sorry forgot to put yes its a Red day :)
I can never finish the 2 weetabix as it makes me sickly so i tend to stick to 1 lol....
oh yes i will add 28g of cheese on my pasta that way i am having the 2 hea :)
yes i normally wait for my syns for after the kids finish schools as i get more tempted then whislt seeing them eat...not too bad during the day lol
I see u have lost 7lbs very well dont you..keep it up

Sounds good then. As you are only having 1 weetabix why not have an alpen light cereal bar as your other half or something else of the heb list that can be split.

Really pleased with the 7lb thank you. I have had 10 weeks off plan :eek: I lost 5.5 stone last year and have managed to put some weight on since xmas so trying to get it off before I lose the rest of the 4 stone.

wow you have done great...wish i could loose some but gained in my first wi 0.5lbs. I was devastated! but still working hard.
