Hi peeps!!
New to minimins last night, and after havering over which vlcd to try I have been persuaded (by my mum) to give Optislim a try first.
Bought a starter pack and stocked up on ww ready meals & fruit to last the week but already terrified

I'm generally a healthy eater but sweetie binges and poor portion control have left me needing to lose more than 7 stone, been to ww all last year but came out more or less the same weight, so decided some drastic action is now required!!
Would love to hear anyone's stories about Optislim, found a few old threads but nothing recent!
