P90x

Hit the P90x half way mark this week! Feels good to be more than half way through the regime! Although I know I will be doing it all over again when I'm finished.

It's crazy how defined my muscles are becoming and especially my shoulders and arms and legs are much more toned! 2 weeks tomorrow until I take my next pictures.... hoping to lose at least another half a stone for my next pic! :D
 
This thread is so inspiring. I have been looking into starting P90x, but I am so unfit that I doubt I could do an hour long workout. So for now I have brought 10 minute trainer also by beachbody and aim to do that and build myself up slowly. Also I am doing a VLCD so can't work out too extreme just yet, but when I have lost another two stone, I am seriously thinking of switching to calories and P90x. I can't wait to hear about your 60 day results. You are doing so well and your before and after pics are fabulous you can really see a difference. :D
