Painkillers

Hello, Can anyone tell me what painkillers are safe for me take! I can sometimes get quite bad headaches. I usually take nurofen and paracetamol (excuse my spelling i touch type and make errors alot). Is this ok to do on the SS diet? Any advice appreciated.

I text my counsellor when i had a really bad headache and she says its fine to take pain killers

Thanks for that i got a bit worried. But my headache is subsiding now thanks to some paracetamol!

Standard Pain Killers like ur paracetomol/ibuprofen will be fine to take.

Most headaches are caused by dehydration, even when eating 'normal' food, I have been having a glass of water to see if after about 20 mins I feel better. If not I will have a painkiller.

I dont think it is dehydration as i have drank sooo much water i think i am turning into fish!!
The nurofen helped and i feel fine today!
