Thanks, tried my best but she had decided to take me to an italian restaurant and had a voucher for a set meal, ended up with bruschetta with tomato & pesto followed by meatballs with pasta - not parmasan - quite pleased as avoided the carbonara which is my fav :D
 
Thursday - EE

Breakfast - Noodles with stir fry veg & bacon (leftovers yet again)

Lunch - (Meal out again) chicken and bacon with cheese on top (? hunters chicken) chips & salad - VERY small portion, BUT! cherry pie and custard to follow :eek:

Dinner - Pasta bake (pasta, mince, tomatoes, courgettes, aubergines, onions with cottage cheese on top - nom nom)
 
Friday - New start - new week
EE

Breakfast - mushrooms, grilled tomato, bacon, egg, beans on 2 ww bread (part HeB)

Lunch - pasta bake (as above)

Dinner - batchelors curry rice, grilled pepper, chicken breast, followed by 3 plums and activia yogurt

snack - banana (mid morning), 1 alpen bar (other part HeB)

syns for week = 70
less 2 x vodka (5) and 3 small dry white wines (18) = 47 left

yes love, weighed last night 0.5 on but "OK" with that as have had 3 meals out and a very boozy week of work. I bumped your diary up, have you started to fill in yet?

i've lost the plot this week was my sons birthday yesterday and I ate tons of rubbish. expecting a gain but i'm gonna be back to it next week esp cause we have no money and i've planned my meals might struggle to get syns in though cause we have no money but thats ok i'm sure I will find some lol
will start my diary sunday as sat my day off thanks hun

i agree 100%, i've gained 1lb before now when i've been ill, so you must have been ultra brilliant in between your nights out, that 1/2lb has probably already disappeared, good luck for your next wi, donna x

Saturday - Green

Breakfast - 3 ww bread (HeB) baked beans, grilled tomato, mushrooms, shape zero yogurt

Lunch - chick pea dhal, savoury rice

Dinner - lettuce, tomato, pepper, cucumber, Jkt pot, Tesco moussaka (5.5)

Snacks - 2 x alpen light bars, 1 x apple

47 syns for week left
minus - 5.5 moussaka
wine x 2 glass - 12

leaves - 29.5 for week

HEa is always milk so I don't write it down every time

Breakfast - 2 x weetabix (HeB), shape zero Yogurt

Lunch - Chicken, SW roast & mashed potato (no added butter), carrots, green beans, roast BNS, gravy (2) Y Pud (2) stuffing ball (1.5)

Dinner - spagetti bolognaise ("bolognaise" made with mince, onion, red pepper, carrots & tomatos)

Syns 29.5 left for week minus
Gravy - 2
Yorkshire pudding - 2
Stuffing - 1.5
2 glass wine - 12
total - 17.5

Syns left till Thursday - 12

pleased to see your meals are looking more fuller and you are having syns well done.
I lost a lb this week which i'm pleased about it was my sons birthday on thursday and I ate rubbish. i've also adjusted my target to 10.13 instead of 9.13 and if i get there and I need to lose more I will change it again. but being only 9lb from target feels great and is giving me a boost I should of done it ages ago.

Monday - red

Breakfast - 2 x weetbix (HeB), nectarine, orange, yogurt

Lunch - "Tunisian" salad (finely diced cucumber, tomato, pepper and onion) with crabsticks and pilchards in tom sauce - tasted nicer than it sounded

Dinner - chicken, roast BNS, onion, carrots, turnip and 100 gm sliced new pots (1/2 HEB)

snack - 1 x Alpen Light (2nd half HEB)

syns - asda LF choc mousse (3.5)

Syns left till Thursday - 12
less mousse = 8.5 left

Thursday - weigh day

why do I dread weigh days? I can feel lovely and slim all week but come weigh day - I put on half a stone :sigh:

Anyway

breakfast - 2 x weetabix, apple, nectarine

lunch - potato salad with lf mayo 0.5 syns followed by shape zero yogurt

dinner - depends on weigh in!
