I just had to tell you that I make my own bread (Have done since November last year) Well I'm sure all of you bread lovers agree there is nothing better than the smell of fresh bread in the house. I actually would go as far as to say that I was addicted to bread! But I haven't had t for 2 weeks and I cook it every other day! God I'm sooooooo happy :D

My god, this diet really does put my old eating habits into perspective. I was def one of those who ate happy sad ill, whatever my mood. I would even eat just cos someone else was! Silly really cos I have never liked being big. I have noticed how food lasts alot longer in the house cos I'm not scoffing it :)

Do you know what, my 9 year old daughter came home from school the other day saying that her friend eats cheese and grape sarnies, she thought it was wierd and would not like to try it. Since then I am deserate to try it - might give myself a treat in a few months time I think! :)
