Hi everyone, i have done slimming world before and done very well on it but this was a long time ago, i am now VERY VERY overweight and i am finally ready to do this properly, i am going to post my daily food diary on here, feel free to let me know if im doing something wrong
I started on 16th Jan lost 7lb, put 4lb back on!!
so here goes:
Monday 20th Feb
Green Day
HEXA1- milk HEXA2 - cheese
HEXB1 - chicken HEXB2 - mince
Total syns - 8.5
breakfast
fruit bowl
snack
baked beans
Lunch
Rice pot(8.5)with chicken, boiled egg
Dinner
spag Bolg with loads of veg and passata
Mint Mullerlight
