Paula's about time Diary!!

Hi everyone, i have done slimming world before and done very well on it but this was a long time ago, i am now VERY VERY overweight and i am finally ready to do this properly, i am going to post my daily food diary on here, feel free to let me know if im doing something wrong
I started on 16th Jan lost 7lb, put 4lb back on!!
so here goes:
Monday 20th Feb
Green Day
HEXA1- milk HEXA2 - cheese
HEXB1 - chicken HEXB2 - mince
Total syns - 8.5

breakfast
fruit bowl

snack
baked beans

Lunch
Rice pot(8.5)with chicken, boiled egg

Dinner
spag Bolg with loads of veg and passata
Mint Mullerlight

 
Plan for Tuesday 21st Feb
Red Day
HEXA1 - milk HEXA2 - cheese
HEXB1 - baked potato HEXB2 - bread
syns - 10
Breakfast
egg on toast
banana

Lunch
chicken & bacon salad
s/cream (2)
grapes
Mullerlight

Dinner
Pork loin steak(no fat)
baked potato
cheese salad
s/cream (2)
apple
mullerlight
pancake plain (gross) (6)

Exercise - Gym workout

thanks Corky, i feel like now i understand why i struggle with every pound!! im going to have a bath in a min and re-read my book again xx
 
And tomorrow look spots on too :D

It's great to plan a day in advance, I find I can stay on track easier when I'm organised :)
