Quornstar eh? Instead of "Debbie does Dallas" its "nails does tescos" (freezer aisle) lol!
Did you see a newcomer has "Dita von cheese" as her name - lol!

You are doing really well Paula! Thanks for all your lovely posts and pm's. I posted on Cheryl's thread about feeling a bit "lost" and I do but ww is a little ray of light that is really helping me through. If only I could just stick to my points and knuckle down to it!
The weather here (Belfast) was lovely today and so welcome after 6 weeks of more or less constant rain! The only thing is that its starting to get dark earlier and earlier and I really hate that. I love taking the kids to the park and getting ice cream during the summer nights. The winter is just so dark, my mum and sister love the winter with the cold nights and hats and scarves etc - give me summer and bright nights anyday!

Hope its a great day tomorrow love.

well went to pitsford cycling with the kids,it was great.I feel such a fraud at the minute.Ive got 2 to 2 and half weeks left till i go to oz.I ve being speaking to my mum trying to sort out our differences, we have never been close because of my childhood but i felt i needed to build bridges before i go.on monday i wrote a letter to my dad who i havnt seen for 20 years explaining im leaving, well i havnt heard a thing so yesterday we called round and my hubby knocked on the door he heard my dad but he wouldnt answer the door.

I had a couple of pints of lager last night and a chinese and i weighed myself this morning and havnt lost a bloody thing.Im so stressed about my weight after loosing some with LL i havnt been able to loose any since.Do i carry on as i am for the next couple of weeks but not go to class as im embarrassed for not loosing and the money

Any suggestions:cry::cry:

Paula, i think you need to give your body a chance to change from being used to LL and now WW, I found the week I stayed the same in WW, i hadn't actually pointed things correctly, I am on 24 points a day now, started on 27, I walk every day for at least 30min, I go out every weekend for dinner and drinks and I am still down, I thin the exercise is the key thing for me to shift the pounds, stick with it and stay for your meetings at WW, that always helps me keep motivated, think of looking at the scales another stone down, you can do it! you have already started yourself!

Hi Paula,

Dont let it get to you love :hug99:. I honestly think that exercise is important. I might be wrong here - maybe one of the CD'ers will put me right, but your metabolism may have slowed down a bit on Lipotrim and it may take a few weeks to get it back up. In the meantime a bit of exercise will really help get things moving again. You are probably up to your eyes with things to do before you go to oz but if you could spare 30 mins every other day and do something that puffs you out a bit it could be the key?

Are you writing everything down? I find that when I dont or I leave it to the end of the day to track I go way over points.

Give it a few more weeks and dont worry about your leader being annoyed - they have seen it all before. I went to slimming class a few years ago and lost and regained the same 3lbs for 3 months!

Another thing - STAY OFF THE SCALES! They do your head in and ruin your day. I have a right cheek as I am a self confessed scale hopper but I can honestly say that I think there are "fairies" out there that take 1.5lbs off me on Monday night because up until weigh day my scales dont change and sometimes go up !

I hope you feel better soon love.

HUGS

Thanks andi and bmi,i need to get myself together went to a friends barby yesterday and got rather drunk .:whoopass::whoopass::whoopass:
Need to get myy ww head back on and get rid of this flab lol

I think as the others have said that changing from a VLCD to WW can take a few weeks to settle.

I do think though that when you're doing WW its absolutely essential to write EVERYTHING down. Youd be surprised how much you can forget when youre doing it mentally.

Having said that I think theres a hell of a lot going on in your life just now that I can understand your weight probably isnt a priority (and rightly so). Try and stick to WW just now but dont stress too much if you go off the rails, get things sorted out with your mum, get your move out the way - then work on your weight. Youre going through a major upheaval just now, theres probably only so much a person can deal with.

Whatever happens, were all here for you :)

:hug99:Aww Paula, I'm so sorry you haven't made much progress with your parents , it must be so hard.
On the diet front, I can only echo what the others have said.
Take care love, we are all here for you.

thank you so much guys, ive had a really tearful weekend so these posts mean a lot.Ive contacted the cambridge diet and ww in oz,so i intend to get straight on to it.I went to see a specialist a few months ago about my bingeing and he dosnt think i should do the cambridge as there very black and white and with people that binge it can cause you to feel more crap about yourself when you fail:thankyou::thankyou::thankyou::thankyou::sign0168::sign0168::sign0168:
