Thanks Dinma, things have just been difficult atm and my eating has reflected it. Doesn't help that I'm only getting 2 hours sleep a night due to the kids.
I've been trying to stick to 1 exante replacement a day and then make some healthy choices. Some days are better... some days I binge a little. Still. Lost 4lbs of the 8 I put on.
