So here are my before and after photos:
Start weight 16 stone 12 pounds

End date and today 10 stone - 12 pounds. BMI - just fine.

Weight lost - six stones
Time taken: Eight months, March 2011 to November 2011.

Size - 22/24 to 10 /12

Happy factor! - now through the roof.
Energy levels: Magnificent

The first and last are before! In case you could not guess and the two in the middle - NOW.
