pick n mix

thanks will do that

will my loss be the same as on ss

It's very similar, I seem to remember I lost 3lbs on SS and 3lbs on 810.

I think the loss is 10-12lbs a month, it's definitely not far off the losses on SS. :)

Obviously as it's 400 more calories it's not going to be the same, but it's only 810 calories! So it's not going to be a slow loss :)

I also didn't look at bmi, so although LT'rs have gone tfr past bmi 25, as far as i know the cd guidelines then you should be on 810 anyway.

zobo, thanks for honest comments, but i really think that continuity is better for our bodies, but as i said i am new to cd so maybe there is something i am missing, but, as far as i understand, it is not advised by the cdc's going by the book to swap about.

either way chris (thought you were male btw! sorry!!) you need to sort something out thats best for you. if cdc is a bit wishy washy (my guess from your comments) then i guess you could change (if practical and you want to) or could ring head office for advice, i am sure they would be happy to help and would clear up any misunderstanding about if you can do ss or not.

good luck.

right going to sit down and do some thinking tonight, and chat to hubby

have to say all seems fine today, i've had 1 shake and drank a lot of water.

when i stood on my scales on monday they said

Of course it can be :D
Generally in the first week you lose alot (some people lose a stone or more!)
