Picture of me on Profile??

not sure where to post this message, sorry if it is in the wrong place on this site! I am not sure how to get a picture of me on my profile!!! I managed to make up a wee weight tracker at the signature part but it wont let me put anything else on it, says i have too many characters. Some ppl have loads written in there's, any help appreciated

I have uploaded one now but it is just very small??? Any ideas why?? xx

There are restrictions how big they can be though. Does it appear much bigger on your PC?

yeah it is a bigger picture in my email. i then saved it to the computer and sent it from there, i will try another one.

Its looking pretty much the right size now.
