Should be under 1000 today

I am having a restful week with light excercise but keeping to the under 1000 a day - had a horrific weekend so am likely to gain - I have decided going forward to only weigh 1 time a month on payday

Hey kimber, how is the uphill treadmill walking going? I have got the start of shin splints so no more hills for me at the minute.

It works really well for me!
As we have treadmills that go up to a 25% incline at my gym is an immense work out and calorie burn

I do 30 mins

6.2km

Starting at a 14% incline increasing every 2.5 mins by a percent incline

Sometimes when I am feeling adventurous I do run on the treadmill and challenge myself to cover as far as I can in 30 mins this is normally about 4km

D: 1 pizza very thin, stone oven baked with ham, mushrooms cheese and chilli - divine! Olives and salad, small pack breadsticks - yumma!

A: 4 bottles bulmers, 1.5 bottles red wine ooops! had a wicked night, we went out for drinkies early and managed to get back for x factor

Sunday:

Brunch: huge fry up eeekk
Dinner later: roast lamb with all the trimming

Oh well must hit that gym tomorrow! Was a lovely weekend

E: 4.18km run 30 mins - trying to increase gradually over time 1st goal 5km in 30 mins ahhhhhh!
 
Wednesday

D: pork loin steak and noodle soy stir fry with extra veggies

S: 2 d coke, 2 tea, 2 coffee, 3.5L water

E: oh my it was hard as I think my body is adjusting to the running again but managed 4.02 km in 30 mins - I am going to run twice a week in the start - cals 295
 
Kimber - 5km in 30 mins is a very tough goal. I can only manage that on very good days (normally I do it in about 31 mins) and that is after 2 years of running! Maybe 4.5 km in 30 mins is more realistic to start with or you could up your distance to 5 km but allow yourself 35 mins to do it in?

Was being very hard on myself to try and shift the holiday excess

Tuesday:

D: Ate out
fish cake and salad starter
Lamb Kofta, veggie cous cous and roasted veggies
piece of b'day cake oops but no alcohol yay

Wednesday:
B: F&F Semi Skimmed Milk
L: Pitta bread, small amount of smoked salmon and low fat cream cheese, lots of salad
D: veggie stirfry yum

Overall I am not doing too badly considering I am not being as strict as before I went away. The only thing I am being naughty with is the water intake! Need to up it.

I am going to weigh on Friday and see how much I gained on Holiday!! Wish me luck - the result will determine how strict I am next week hehe! xx

Good to have you back girl! I am sure you will be fine tomorrow - well done this week it is so so hard getting back into it after holidays!

Thanks for your advice on the running front I am really enjoying it but it is very tiring so I think I am going to do 2 running sessions a week and then 1 or 2 hill walk sessions!
