Pigged out - really wasn't worth it!

I've had such a piggy day today! I'm so annoyed with myself :sigh: I was already over my weekly points and went over my points again today pushing the negative weekly figure a little higher! :mad:

I really need to get back on the wagon and put it behind me, I am really bad for letting this bad feeling spiraling, thinking i've already blown the week and taking it to the next day..and the next...and the next!

Please help with some motivation! :cry:

Ive gone over my weeklies a few times since starting pro points, and usually I come out with a loss, there was one time were I came out with a 0.2lb gain (which is hardly anything), so chalk it up to experience and as soon as WI comes round wipe the slate clean and start again :)
Have a look at something that really motivated you, maybe its an old photo of you when you have loads confidence or holiday brochures and remind yourself why you started this healthy lifestyle - you have only had a blimp and the fact you have come on here proves your getting your head back into gear - just have loads of free food and try and do a bit of extra exercise to help you feel better - good luck and dont beat yourself up over it, main thing is to get back on tract and look back at this with pride at how you didn't go crazy and stop healthy eating long term.
