Oh I do especially after a meal out the day before... Spend days shrinking it and one meal out n it grows again! Lol

I kinda like the hunger between meals now - feels like it's working :) xx

been reeeealllllllly naughties....... went to brewers fayre and chose badly...steak,chips onion rings peas...mushrooms.......................................................................................then chocolate indulgence.....comes to about 94 pp!...................how do i earn activity points peeps to compensate...how much activity do i need to do to to get points!:cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry:...im soooooooooooooooo naughty!
 
I did the same today.. you enjoyed it! tomorrow is a new day... no more weeklies and do whatever AP you can - ideally something high intensity :) - u can pull it bk! hugs xx
