Pizza Express chilled pizzas

Can anyone list the syn values of some of these? You can get them in Sainsburys chilled aisle.

When I was flirting with the idea of following WW pro-points (disaster - 1 measly pound off in a week then binged 3 and a half on!!) I worked it out that they were quite low in pro-points, just wondering what the syns would be on EE if I just cant resist??xx

lol @ covering your back, i appreciate the replies thanks! Im sure you wont get in trouble, you can only breach the rules if you publish the passwords i think! I think these are reasonable syns for pizza, its like half of a pizza most of which are within your daily 15, sounds good to me! Thanks again xxx

Pizza's dont qualify for any free food allowance.

So you can always work them out yourself using 1 syn for every 20 calories.
