Oh no the end of my week 2 is over Easter I'm already worried about avoiding all the chocolate!

Me too.... im cooking a big roast sunday for my family and we are doing an easter egg hunt and I was going to have a Step 1 meal BUT I dont really want it. Luckily enough Im in a place that I am so focused. You dont need chocolate eggs, im sure you would much rather see more weight off at your WI.
I promise not to eat an egg if you promise not to too lol :) xx

You could try getting a calendar, and working roughly on a stone loss a month, put down how much you will weigh each month in the future as your weight goes down. Then put on the calendar birthdays and occasions. For example I'm going on holiday in a couple of weeks and at the beginning ( which is so so so hard) I just kept thinking if I stick to plan I'll be 4 stone down in my swimsuit on holiday! I also remember how heavy I was in the past and look at photos to see what I will look like. For example I remember at uni I was 13 stone, so I dug out uni photos where I was skinnier and thought, if I stick to plan I'll look like this in 3 months! Do you have an old photo that you love when you were really happy with your weight? Have a look at that and write down all the reasons why you want to lose weight, some of them can be goals, and as the days pass remind yourself what they are and achieve those goals!! Most of all, just think about how confident you will feel in your new body.

Good luck, remember no one can do this but you. You've got to find that motivation from somewhere, and it will be inside you somewhere, you've just got to find out what it is.

Just think to yourself, I've just got to make it to 3 weeks. If you can make it to 3 weeks then it will be easier, and you will have lost a load of weight! From that you can motivate yourself.

I really want you to suceed!!

Fab tips ! I'm not struggling but doing the above will help motivate me even more :) x x x

Well done!!good for you!! I had a lapse over weekend though it wasn't the chocolate just the socilaising aspect of having food and wine in company. I just have just declined! I admire you for sticking with it!! I think I'll be doing no socialising for next 4 weeks at least! I'm off to Paris at the end of April for 4 nights and I will be taking my packs with me. Though think I may need to take my left over Cambridge products as bars and tetra seem more doable that making up a pack of Sns Cottage pie in a hotel!

It's interesting how we find it difficult to decline alcohol because of the pressure we feel we are under for being a spoilsport or that we are not joining in as if it really would affect the other person be it an ordinary night out or in or a birthday etc. Does that make sense? I find that if I am driving then my friends accept that no questions asked and husband will have a drink. However, if I say I am not having wine then it's as if I have said something so offensive to them they are almost outraged! That is exactly what happened on Friday night. However, I've decided that in future, in situations like that I'll take a glass of wine and simply not drink from it and get myself a glass of water. I'm actually fed up of myself caving into this kind of pressure. I am even considering of goign to the lengths of *fibbing* and saying I am antibiotics for toothache or something!! In an ideal world I should really be able to simply say I'm not drinking tonight and shrug my shoulders - I'm sure my friend's would get over it!!

Byt the way I love the "DO not reward yourself with food ur not a dog!"

I think I need to take more baths in te evening to distract myself from thinking I want need food when in actual I don't!

Liveonce excitred about your weigh in today! Hope it's a good one for you... Though any loss is better than a gain! X

I find getting a pair or jeans or something that fitted or was tight and popping them on to see the inch difference really helps with motivation. Makes you not want to fill those jeans ever again!
