I don't normally moan about anything and this diet really does appear to be brilliant however dont know if i can cope with the horrible taste in my mouth and embarrasing bad breath i brush my teeth about 6 times a day and use mouthwash each time and also breathspray and i reek anyone found anything that stops the smell or taste for longer, what are best products?

My CDC told me that the people with the worse breath are the ones who tell her they struggle with drinking the water. Not sure if there's a correlation there. I drink loads and have not experienced bad breath yet (unless everyone's just being really nice to me!)

Hey just wanted to say hang in there!!
Mine lasted the first few weeks.. and then went away.
Some days it does come back but just drink loads more water and fresh breath spray does wonders too.
