Sticky Chicken with noodles.

3 skinless Chicken breasts, cubed
1 tbsp Minced garlic
1 tbsp powdered ginger
1/2 tsp black pepper
grated rind of 1 lemon
2 tbsp lemon juice
Dash of Soy sauce
1 large carrot, peeled and chopped into match sticks
1 cup of frozen garden peas
Dried noodles

Method

Spray a pan with frylight and add the chicken, fry until the chicken is sealed and starts to brown.

Add the garlic, ginger, and black pepper and stir, then pour in the can of diet coke and soy sauce.

Cook over a high heat until the liquid evaporates, keep stirring and covering the chicken in the coke. Roughly 20 minutes. Cook the dry noodles too if serving with the chicken.

The liquid reduces and thickens then leaves a sticky coating.

Note: It doesnt look that great, nor smell fantastic, however....It tastes great, better than great even...give it a try!!

ooo can I have the recipie for black bean sauce please - they both look great! :eat:

1 large Quick fry Beefsteak or 1 large Chicken breast, fat or skin removed then cubed.
1 pack of Stir fry vegetables
Soy sauce
1 20g sachet Blue Dragon Black bean Sir fry sauce. 5.5 syns.
4 bricks of Dried Noodles

Method

Half a pan half way up with water and set to boil.

Spray a wok or large pan with fry light and heat, add the beef or chicken and cook over a high heat stirring continuously until it is sealed and turning brown.

Add the vegetables and keep stirring through.

Add the noodles to the pan of boiling water.

When the vegetables start to cook and reduce add the soysauce and stir.

Add the black bean sauce to the stir fry, mix through and reduce the heat.

When the noodles are soft, drain, and serve into a large dish or plate, pile the stirfry on top and enjoy.

5.5 syns the lot on the Extra Easy Plan. Serves 2 so 3 syns incase one portion is slightly bigger than the other :p
