Oooh, I had the quorn cottage pie, I loved it :D

It's only *just* 3 points (nearly 3.5), I think I counted it as 3.5.
(3.5 is still not very much!)

Vitality cereal is 3 points.

I would probably count it as 0.5 points for the coffee - it's all 0 points apart from skimmed milk, which is 0.5 points per 100ml (so you can get quite a few coffees out of that :D) so if you have 2-3 more coffees, then it's still 0.5 points, if that makes sense.

x

Can anyone please tell me how many points a 'Kellogs Special K original bar is please? It has 90 calories on the bar, but no fat content!?!

Many Thanks :)

Thanks! Lots more coffee for me today then :)
Sorry, have some more questions.
How many points in a 250g Jacket Potato?
Do gherkins, jalapeños, onions, beetroot, red cabbage (all pickled) have any points in them?

any potato is 1pt per 100g (unless you cook with oil or add butter etc :p), so 2.5 for a 250g one :) all the pickled stuff is free :)

oh, the way that reads you might think sweet potato is the same but sweet potato is more points.. not sure how much.. will look into it! x

thanks clarri :D i eat a lot of it but i only have my scales so i dont know what it works out pointswise!

Back with more questions! (going through stuff I know i shall be eating in the week)

Brown rice?

Sorry for so many questions, just want to make sure I am doing it right and not sure how reliable the online calculators are!

Thanks.

Wholegrain pasta? same as normal pasta - 20g dried weight = 1
Marmite? 0 unless you eat MASSES.
Bagels? 3.5
Asda Sunflower light spread (It says it is 70 cal and 1.7 sat fat for 20g) dont know how much for 20g but one tsp would be 0.5
Don Simons Smoothies, 130cal 0 fat (They were on offer in Asda, so i bought LOADS :))
Wasteline salad cream (10g is 13 cal) 0.5
Green and blacks 35g bars of chocolate (192 cal and 6.3 sat fat)
A crumpet? 1
A wholemeal pitta bread 2.5
Tomato ketchup? - 2tbsps 0.5
Quorn nuggets (29 cal and 0.2 sat fat per nugget)
Brown rice? same as white rice - 20g dried = 1

i dont have a calculator so cant work out the rest.. the quorn nuggets will be max 1 each but would hazard they are maybe only 0.5

Glyni, a 40g slice of ciabatta is 1.5

i wouldnt worry about it.. i have marmite really thick on my bread / ryvitas and i never ever count it.. its never harmed me..

Asda Sunflower light spread (It says it is 70 cal and 1.7 sat fat for 20g) 1.5 for 20g
Don Simons Smoothies, 130cal 0 fat (They were on offer in Asda, so i bought LOADS ) 2
Wasteline salad cream (10g is 13 cal) 0.5 (for 20g)
Green and blacks 35g bars of chocolate (192 cal and 6.3 sat fat) 4.5
Quorn nuggets (29 cal and 0.2 sat fat per nugget) 0.5
